| To whom it may concern,I just wanted to let the new home owners know,that they are going to be paying a HOS fee plus a special assesment fee of 300.00 for the people in this community that are not paying their HOS.I feel as a home owner that is not fare at all.That was made up by one person the management company.I wanted a lawyer to be present and they denied it for me.My other half is the president of the HOS and he is not the one who is granting it.I don't understand why we have to pay that special assesment,when people are 16 months behined.They need to go after them.I need channel 9 news.They need to put a lean on their property.Thank You.Paige
